		abstract={Diabetes mellitus (DM) is currently one of the health problems that has an impact on productivity and decreases the quality of human resources. Type 2 DM is the type of diabetes that is most commonly found in patients compared with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Type 2 DM that is not managed properly can cause a variety of complications, the most deadly of which is coronary heart disease (CHD). DM patients have a risk of two to four times more affected by CHD than people who do not suffer from DM. The cause of CHD in patients with type 2 diabetes has many risk factors. The chi-square test method is one type of non-parametric comparative test performed on two variables. Applications that are used use Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). The input used is twelve kinds of CHD risk factors, and the output is test values and graph values. The aim is to implement the chi-square test method in order to make decisions on hypotheses that have been made based on test scores, namely the presence or absence of a risk factor relationship to the incidence of CHD in patients with type 2 DM.}
