One of factors that influence it is the personal resources that is owned by each employee. Job crafting is a change in perspective that is used in their work in accordance with their ability so that it can make employees more engaged to their work. This study aims to see the relationship between job crafting and work engagement and see the description of job crafting and work engagement that is owned by employees. This study is a non-experimental quantitative study with a correlational approach. The subjects of this study were taken as many as 91 people from the employees of PDAM Kota Malang using Purposive Sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study are Job Crafting Questionnaire and UWES-17 (Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale-17). The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 21. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between job crafting and work engagement.} }
