Analysis result of scale range Expressed the perception of good organizational support and response to change well. The results of this research state that if the perception of organizational support there is a positive and significant correlation to the response to change. The higher the perception of organizational support then the higher the response to change. The Magazine for UMM hospital is to raise awareness of all employees equally.} }
