		abstract={Achievement motivation is a very important thing for the college students as a positive encouragement to get various achievements in their studies. Students that have high rated achievement motivation would be pushed to increase their intensity of studying and also to achieve more achievements either inside or outside their college scope. This research aims at finding out the correlation between academic services satisfaction and achievement motivation on college students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The subjects of this research were 221 college students from Faculty of Psychology at University of Muhammadiyah Malang that had undergone of studying at least one year. The data was collected using the Academic Services Satisfaction scale and Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI). The final result analysis using Spearman product-moment showed r score = 0.380 and p < 0.05 which means there is a positive and significant correlation between academic services satisfaction and achievement motivation on college students.}
