		abstract={The unstoppable influx of globalization, which sign by the rise of global culture, the pop culture
lifestyle, and technological advancements is creating several impacts on our society. Indeed,
there is a clash between cultures; modernity and globalization or Javanese cultural values. This
research was a quantitative descriptive study which involved subjects were Javanese
postmillennial generation born in years between 1997 and 2009 where these subjects were
obtained by using a purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses the
Vancouver Index of Acculturation which has been contextualized according to the study. Data
analysis uses 24th version of IBM SPSS. The results of the study illustrate that there are various
features of acculturation orientation in the postmillennial generation in Java which amount
88,4% known on the integration strategy showed postmillennial generation may counterweigh
diverse clash of culture.}
