Meanwhile, the meaning of working is the employees’ orientation towards their occupation which motivates them to do all of the things which lead them to gain a positive effect on their work. Many changes that occured in the 4.0 industrial revolution are the reason of this research. The objective of this study is to prove the connection between the employees’ meaning of work and acceptance of change. This non-experimental study used correlational method by using quantitative associative approach The subject of this study was all of employees in the finansial planner position, 101 subject was used in this study and the accidental sampling was used as sampling technique in this study. The instruments used in this study are Acceptance of Change Scale (ACS) and the Work And Meaning Inventory (WAMI). The data analysis method used is Product Moment Correlation. The result of data anilysis indicate that there is a positive relationship between meaning of work and acceptance of change. The relationship between Meaning of Work and Acceptance of change has a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.569, correlation determination (r2) of 0.324, and significance score of P=0,0000.} }
