		abstract={Aggressive driving is speed that exceeds the limit, changing lanes without providing signal lights (turn signal), improper signaling in changing lanes, disobeying traffic signs (stop signs, no-passing signs, traffic lights, breaking through railroad crossing doors Aggressive driving behavior is caused due to several causes, one of which is related to individual emotional intelligence.The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with aggressive driving.This study is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach, sampling in this study using incidental sampling techniques, instruments that used is the scale of emotional intelligence and aggressive driving scale and data analysis using product moment correlation (KPM) The results showed that there was a relationship of emotional intelligence with aggressive driving, indicated by the value of r -0.528 and the value of p = 0.000 <0.05.}
