		abstract={The processing production of potatoes chip in Batu has developed and, it has been growth by years. The center of potatoes chip, Agronas/Gizifood is one of home industries that it is operating in potatoes chip production in Batu that has not been investigated in the field of its added value and its profit. In this study, there are some problems; they are (1) How much is added value received by the potatoes chip producer, (2) How much is the level profit received by potatoes chip producer. The purposes of this study are (1) To know the added value received by 
the potatoes chip producer, (2) To know the level profit received by potatoes chip producer.  
Selecting location is conducted deliberately or purposive based on the consideration that in The Center of Potatoes Chip Agronas/Giziffod is one of home industries in potatoes chip with its great degree of production capacity. Data that is used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods in analyzing the data are: 
1.An Analysis on Added Value that is obtained from using material cost added by other inputs toward resulted product value.  
2.An Analysis on calculation cost for calculating total production expense can be obtained by using this formulation: TC = TVC + TFC. 
3.An Analysis on revenue for calculating is accepted revenue by entrepreneur, the formulation that is used is: TR = P. Q. 
4.An Analysis on profit is calculated by the decrement between revenue and total expense for once production process by using formulation: Π = TR - TC.  
5.An Analysis on Efficiency of Return Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) is calculated by using comparison between total revenue and total production cost by formulation:  
Based on the study that is conducted so far, the results are as follows: 
1.Added value from potatoes processing to be potatoes chip is Rp. 7.082,69 by ratio of added valued 40,03%. 
2.The profit that is accepted by Agro industry entrepreneur of potato chips Agronas/Gizifood approximately is Rp. 2.405.560 in once production process, from approximately revenue Rp. 4.194.933 (can be obtained from production result of potatoes chips approximately per once production process is 39,8 package by the price Rp. 105.000/package) less the approximately processing cost per once production process.
