Its working includes sucking, compression, working, and exhausting. Aluminum (Al) is a light metal with corrosion resistance and good electrical conductance. The aluminum is generally utilized for housewares, aircraft, automotive, sea craft, construction, and others. In increasing its mechanical properties, the aluminum is compounded with Cu, Si, Mg, Zn, Mn, Ni, and other alloyants. Silicone (Latin: silicium) is a chemical element with Si symbol and 14 atomic number. It is the second most abundant element after oxygen in the Earth’s crust. It reaches 25.7%. This research is to find out the effect of silicone variation on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloyants of motorcycle cylinder. Aluminum is combined with Si variation of 15%, 17%, 19%, 21%, and 23 %. Tests conducted in this study are impact testing and microstructure. The highest and lowest strength values were obtained in Al-21% Si alloys with a value of 0.254 J/mm2 and with the addition of Al-23% Si at 0.195 J/mm2.} }
