The sample used in the study amounted to 100 respondents using a job stress scale and OCB scale of 32 items. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with data analysis methods such as validity, reliability, normality, and simple linear regression tests. The results obtained indicate that work stress has an effect of 21.5% on OCB with sig. amounted to P <0.05. So it can be concluded that the job stress variable has an impact on the OCB variable.} }
