		abstract={The research was aimed at find out how is the financial condition at CV. Green Tropical in 2015-2017 periods by means of Zavgren and Altman methods as well as by observing the existence of difference of the result by using the above methods. Data of the company were acquired from financial statement of the company. The techniques of analyzing data applied were Zavgren method, Altman Z-Score method and Chie-Square test. 
The result of the research is that the company?s financial condition calculated by using Zavgren method thoroughly during 2015-2017 periods is included to critical category which is fluctuating and can be interpreted that such condition indicates that the condition of financial statement of the company is in stable condition. The result of analysis by using Altman method thoroughly is included to healthy criteria. Thus, the result of Chi-Square test is Xcount amounted to 6.000 and Xtable amounted to 3.841. Therefore, the result of hypothesis H0 is rejected. It means that the proportion of the results of Zavgren and Altman Z-Score methods analysis on the company?s financial condition experience no difference.}
