		abstract={The research was aimed at providing information toward Small Medium Enterprise (UMKM) Alvo Archery by means of profit target analysis method. The subject of the research was UMKM that producced the biggest archery equipment in Indonesia., precisely located in Sukabumi city. The object of the research is profit target analysis in maximizing profit obtained by the company. The research method applied was descriptive, a writing conducted for finding out the value of variable without making comparison or connecting variables. The analysis result shows that the company is in breakeven. For the result of profit target analysis, UMKM Alvo Archery has to emphasize fixed and variable costs as to increase sales volume.}
