		abstract={Pesona Cibeureum Clubhouse is one of the commercial facilities business that is run by PT. Buana Cipta Harapan Pesona, located on Jl. R.A Kosasih No. 6 Sukabumi. The business data processing that is done at Pesona Cibeureum Clubhouse in general still uses Microsoft Excel and Micrososft Word and also uses notebooks by writing as usual so as to make the processing of transaction data processing, recapitulation is relatively more difficult and has several weaknesses such as the length of work and less safe archiving of data. In addition, the process of inputting data is complicated or difficult because it is not systematic, archiving data that tends to be prone to loss and damage because media that has not been computerized becomes the underlying problem of this research. To overcome these problems, the authors try to overcome the problems that exist above by conducting research, while the implementation includes carrying out steps such as observation, study of literature, design and so on the system to be designed which is then used in business processes in processing existing data in the charmhouse of the Cibeureum. The final results expected by the authors in the case study of this research can be the creation of a business process system that suits your needs, running systematically in the Enchantment of Cibeureum Clubhouse so as to facilitate users in working on the process as a form of solution to the problems previously described, as well as the process sales that can be done searching for goods products easily using shorting, member registration of facilities has been based on data so as to minimize damage or loss of data also in terms of reporting which is certainly easier because it has been systematically computerized when compared with the previous process.}
