Examination system that is conducted at this time there is a manual system and some are already computerized. Manual exams have some disadvantages such as vulnerability to fraud and require large costs for purchasing paper that will be used in the examination process. While computerized exams are easier and cheaper to administer, but if a computerized exam without randomizing the questions is the same as a manual exam because students can cheat on the exam. In this research, we will discuss how the solution of these problems is the application of the test with randomization of questions using the Addictive Linear Cogruent method or algorithm. This algorithm is an algorithm or method that can be used to generate random numbers. The characteristic or characteristic of this addictive congruent linear method is the repetition at a certain time period. Or simply iterations will occur at all times of generation. The use of the exam application by randomizing questions is easy to use, that is, by means of students being able to register independently or through the admin to be able to take the exam, the teacher can only enter questions and answers to the application, and the admin can view data, confirm student registration, validate student payments and make a good, easy, and correct report. In the exam process with the application of this test students can choose what tests with randomization questions depend on the constants of each computer where the constants of each computer are different because randomization is still static.} }
