The research method applied was random sampling in which the researcher spread out questionnaires to 100 customers. The techniques of analyzing data applied were multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, coefficient, and determination coefficient. Thus, partial (t test) and simultaneous (f test) were applied for testing hypothesis. Based on the result of the research by applying determination coefficient, it shows the value of (Adjuster R2) is amounted to 0.447 which means that Customer Experience toward Customer Trust is aggregated to 44.7% and 55.3% is influenced by other factors out of the research. Additionally, multiple correlation coefficient test shows the R value amounted to 0.669 which means that there is strong relation between Customer Experience towards Customer Trust. According to F test conducted, it found that the value of sig. is namely sig. 0.000>0.05 which means that the Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) influence positively and significantly towards Customer Trust (Y) altogether. Based on the t test, it shows that Customer Value (X1) influences positively and significantly towards towards Customer Trust (Y); Customer Experience (X2) influences positively and significantly towards Customer Trust (Y).} }
