Indomarco Adiprma Sukabumi city. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative. Sample applied in the research was saturation sampling which was included to non-probability sampling by spreading out questionnaires as much as 32 to the employees of PT. Indomarco Adiprma Sukabumi city. The analysis techniques applied were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including determination coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient and hypothesis test using simultaneous test (F test). The research result of determination coefficient test (R2) of Locus of Control and Occupational Stress is amounted to 47.5%, while the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors out of the research. Based on multiple correlation coefficient test observed from R value, it is amounted to 0.689. The result shows that there is weak relation between Locus of Control and Occupational Stress towards Employee Work Satisfaction. According to F test, the probability value is acquired, namely Sig. 0.00 < 0.05 which means that Locus of Control and Occupational Stress influence positively and significantly Employee Work Performance altogether.} }
