The research methods applied were quantitative-deskriptive and probability sampling methods in spreading out questionnares to as much as 116 respondents of Lazada users in Sukabumi city. The techniques of analyzing data applied were multiple linier regression, multiple correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Thus, partial (t test) and simultaneous (f tes) statistic tests were applied for hypothesis test. The result of the research observed from (R Square) value amounted to 0,291 means that the influence that the influence of reference group, family, as wel as role and status toward online buying decision of Lazada users in Sukabumi city is aggregated to 29,1% and the remaining 70,9 is influenced by other factors not explained in the research. Thus, according to multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be acquired that R value is amounted to 0,540. Such result shows that there is relation in average category between reference group, family as wel as role and status towards buying decision. The F tes is resulted in sig. 0,00 < 0,05 which means that Reference Group (X1), Family (X2), as wel as Role and Status (X3) influence significantly toward buying decision (Y). Meanwhile, for the T test, Reference Group (X1) influence significantly toward buying decision (Y), Family (X2) do not influence buying decision (Y), yet Role and Status (X3) influence negatively toward buying decision (Y).} }
