This study aims to examine the influence of competency of village fund managers and community participation on the accountability of village fund management. This research focused on Kertaraharja Village, Bojongraharja, Bojong, Bojongkembar, Cikembar District, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. While the population in this study were Village Officials and Village Community Institutions which were sampled as many as 159 people. The sampling technique uses probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. This study tested its validity and reliability, the analytical techniques used in this study were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskidasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. With the results of the competency of the village fund management apparatus, it influences the accountability of village fund management with a significance of 0,000 t-table that is 6,881> 1,655, community participation has no effect on the accountability of village fund management with significance 0.398> 0.05 and according to the calculated t-count, t-count t-table which is 35.503> 3.053.}
