This study aims to find out how the influence of Land and Building Taxes and the Cost of Acquiring Land and Building Rights on Regional Revenues at the Regional Financial Management Agency of the City of Sukabumi. The method of collecting data uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of interviews directly from the BPKD in Sukabumi City, while secondary data is obtained from the report documents on realization of regional revenue in 2016-2018 using monthly data. This research technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, which is tested using IBM SPSS 24 For Windows.
The results show that the United Nations partially does not have an influence on regional income which can be seen from the results of t count smaller than t table (0.981 0.05. BPHTB does not affect regional income, it can be seen that the t count is greater than t table (1.668 0.05. Simultaneously the PBB and BPHTB have no effect on regional income, this is indicated by the results of t count smaller than t table (1.549}
