This research is motivated by the problems faced, namely decreased employee productivity, which allegedly caused by employee competency. So the purpose of this study was to determine employee competence (variable X) on Work Productivity (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are data analysis techniques using path analysis testing to measure the direct and indirect effects between variables. Based on the results of research Knowledge (X_1) directly affect the Productivity of Work (Y) of 0.233 or 23.3% and indirect effect of 0.141 or 14.1%. So the total influence of the Knowledge dimension (X_1) is 0.374 or 37.4%. Skills (X_2) directly affect Work Productivity (Y) of 0.038 or 3.8% and indirect effect of 0.1098 or 10.98%. So the total influence of the Skills dimension (X_2) is 0.148 or 14.8%. The Attitude Dimension (X_3) directly affects Work Productivity (Y) of 0.257 or 25.7% and has an indirect influence of 0.124 or 12.4%. So the total effect of the Attitude dimension (X_3) is 0.381 or 38.1%. The total effect of the Employee Competency variable (X) on Work Productivity (Y) is 90.3% and the remaining 9.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The result of Simultaneous Hypothesis Test results obtained a significant value of 0,000. Because the Significant value is <0.05 so HO is rejected and H1 is accepted. That is, there is a significant influence between employee competence on work productivity. The implication for beautiful homes in the city of Sukabumi is to improve and increase employee productivity through work productivity factors, especially employee competencies and generally other factors from outside this study. Therefore a beautiful home from the city of Sukabumi can improve and increase work productivity through factors that can influence it.} }
