This research was conducted with the objective of identifying and analyzing the value chain of cassava in Sub Warungkiara. The method used in this research is descriptive sampling technique using surveys and snowball sampling method. The calculation of the value-added method of Hayami. The results showed that in the District Warungkiara there are several actors involved in the cassava value chain including farmers as primary producers, service providers, namely traders and brokers cassava flour and starch as the artisans who cultivate cassava into tapioca flour rough. Among the actors in the value chain, which has the largest margin are craftsmen tapioca flour processing activities and generate added value large enough to find one of his tapioca flour is IDR 8500}
