This research is motivated by circumtances shooting free throw skill which is still less than expected in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 6 Sukabumi, therefore, the researcher aims to determine The Relationship Between Arm Muscle Strength and Shooting Free Throw Skill. 
This Research is Correlation Research using quantitative method, using two variables with the Independent Variable is Arm Muscle Strength (X) while the Dependent Variable is Free Throw Shooting Skill (Y). The Popuation in this research is Student of Basketball Extracurricular using Non-Probabillity Saturation Sampling. The Collection Data used is a test. The Data Analysis technique is Correlation Test and the significant test with a significance level of 5%, In the process of calculating data using SPSS 23 computer program assistance. 
The results showed a significant relations between Arm Muscle Strength as Independent variable with Free Throw Shooting Skill as Dependent variable at the extracurricular SMP Negeri 6 Sukabumi.}
