		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of operational audit on the effectiveness of inpatient health services in hospitals. Variable used in this study are operational audit (X), and effectiveness of inpatient health services in hospitals (Y). Research method used in this research is quantitative method with associative type. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, while secondary data in this study were obtained from research journals, books related to research titles, and hospital documents required according to the title of research. Population in this research that is employee of general inpatient and others (space of madinah, mina, dan raudhah), along with chief of inpatient, and part of finance which amounts to 45 people. The sample in this study is all that made the population that amounted to 45 people. The data collected through the questionnaire and then analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test that is normality test, heteroskedastisitas test, multicollinearity test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test using t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. The results of this research showed that operational audit has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of inpatient health services in hospital.}
