This study aims to determine the effect of internal control on the effectiveness of sales at PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi. The variables used in this research are internal control and sales effectiveness. This research was conducted by using quantitative method with the type of associative approach, while the population in this study were staff and employees and sampled as many as 35 people. Then sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling type. The data collected in this research by questionnaire and observation with ordinal scale Likert type, then the method used to process and analyze the data in this research is the validity and reliability testing, data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test.
Results and conclusions from research testing using SPSS 24 For Windows software performed shows that the influence of internal control on the effectiveness of sales at PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi shows a very strong result. From the results of testing Coefficient of Determination (KD) shows that the magnitude of the influence of internal control to the effectiveness of sales of 76.7%. While the remaining 23.3% influenced by other factors not examined by the author.}
