		abstract={Voting is a method used for decision making. Voting activities widely known by the people are elections or elections organized by the KPU, but voting activities are often carried out on a smaller scale such as the election of BEM chairman in the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi Campus which is still done conventionally. Conventional elections have some drawbacks such as a slow process due to the many preparations that must be done while the work is still done manually, the amount of budget needed to fund the entire need for voting, the possibility of incompatibility of the data of the number of voters, the number of votes entered and the number of votes do not enter the vote , and voters are required to attend directly to give their voting rights. A system that can facilitate voting in voting and voting activities is required to participate and give the right to vote. The purpose of this research is to produce a Website-based e-voting application to facilitate the participation and implementation of voting activities, and to use the Advanced Encrypt Standard (AES) security algorithm.}
