		abstract={Skill level of lower ball volleyball passing on the second grade students of Sukamanah 1 Elementary School in Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. So the formulation of the problem in this study is How is the skill level of passing down volleyball to students in the same class as Sukamanah 1 Elementary School District Cisaat? With the aim of this study to determine the increase in volleyball under-passing skills in the next grade students of Sukamanah 1 Elementary School in Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. 
This research is a quantitative research, with data retrieval of volleyball under-passing skills used in this study referring to the Brumbach Forearms Pass Wall-Volley Test, with a population of 24 people and a sample of 24 students in elementary school students. Negeri 1 Sukamanah, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. 
The results showed that the skill level of lower volleyball passing on second grade students of Sukamanah 1 Elementary School in Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency was in the category of "very good" with a percentage of (0%), category "good" amounting to 1 person (4% ), the category "enough" numbered 4 people with a percentage (17%), and the category "less" numbered 9 people with a percentage (37%), while those that fall into the category of "very less" amounted to 10 people with a percentage (42%) .}
