The research method applied was descriptive with qualitative approach. The research was conducted in UMKM Soka Sukabumi, West java. Techniques of collecting data were applied by means of triangulation technique. Data were collected by non-structured interview toward 3 informants who were directly involved. The result of the research is to find out the application of business model canvas strategy at UMKM Soka Sukabumi in each of its building block. Customer Segments are in terms of middle and upper segments in Sukabumi city. Value Proposition are in terms of quality, speed, service, competitive price and discount. Channels are in terms of circulation, direct selling, institutional channel. Customer Relationship are in terms of punctualy, quality, customer visitation. Key Resources are in terms of markrting and production office, raw material. Key Activities are in terms of production process, retrieving order daily and selling. Key Partnership are Toko Lombok Kencana and Toko Hai. Cost Structure are fixed cost, variable cost and value driven. Revenue Streams in terms of the sales of cookies ordered by customer. The evaluation of Business Model Canvas strategy implemented at UMKM Soka is internally strong regardless of its weakness. In external condition of UMKM Soka Sukabumi is yet optimal in responding external environment of the enterprise by taking advantage of the opportunity owned by the enterprise itself in minimizing weakness.} }
