		abstract={The research is entitled ?Policy Implementation pf Work Training Programe Transmigration and Labour Department Sukabumi Municipality. Implementation or Work Training Programe is based on Perwal No. 71, 2016 about Technical Implementation Unit of Training center labour department. Implementation work training programe finds some problems there is lack of employment staff and lack of facility.
The research applied public policy implementation theory according to edward III. Research aims to knows policy implementations and supporting and obstale factors. The informants were 6 person. Research method applied descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained by observation, interview, documentation and tringulation. Data validation thest procedure was conducted by source triangulation. Data analysis process applied model, which was stated by Mileas and Huberman.
The research result shows that policy impelemntation of training programe does not work optimal yet because it is lack of training instructor and lack of facility. Researcher suggestion is given to optimize such policy that is need additional aquipment, which is reached by asking proposal of additional to goverment. It needs additional instructor by asking proposal of additional instrtructor to central to central goverment. Besides, for temporary is to accept part time instructor suitabe with instructor qualifacation.}
