Forms of violence experienced by children can be acts of violence, whether physical, psychological and sexual. Bullying or harassment is known as the use of power or strength to hurt a person or groups of people, a threatening behavior, oppressive and make other people feel uncomfortable. In cases that is based on the child as perpetrator or the child who is the victim, the SPPA law No. 11 tahun 2012 apply restorative justice. The purposes and benefits of this research are to find out the legal protection of children in cases of bullying that are associated with the principles of restorative justice then to find out the factors that are supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical method are qualitative. Restorative justice principle is intended to protect the interests of children, especially victims and children who are dealing with the law. It was expected that the implementation of child protection which refers to the principle of restorative justice can provide a sense of social responsibility to the perpetrators and prevent stigmatization of the perpetrators in the future, to ensure the rights of children are properly fulfilled and as stipulated in the act. The result of the research that the implementation of legal protection against children in the case of bullying in city of Sukabumi has been run well even though there are still several factors that become obstacles in implementing it, as well as supporting factors in implementing legal protection for children in bullying cases are associated with the principle of restorative justice, namely the existence of special regulations governing child protection.} }
