The purpose of the to research is value added in the ginger candy processing business. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Method of determining the area and respondents using purposive sampling method. While the sampling technique used is the snowball technique. The design of the analysis used is an analysis of the value-added method of Hayami. Total of respondents is 4 places of processing ginger candy. Based on the results of the research, it was shown that the value added obtained in processing ginger candy was high at Rp. 13.334 with a value added ratio of 54,01%. The amount of raw materials used is 290,75kg on average. The advantage of processing ginger candy is an average of Rp. 10.828/kg of ginger candy.} }
