		abstract={The research is entitled Posfeminisme Dalam Album Beyonce dan Lemonade Karya Beyonce knowless. The objectives of this research are to describe representation of postfeminism that contained in the songs of Beyonce?s and Lemonade?s album by Beyonce Knowless and to describe the messages of motivation in the songs of Beyonce?s and Lemonade?s album by Beyonce Knowless. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative method, whereas the approach used in this research is sociology of literary work. The theories applied in this research are postfeminism theory based on Brooks (2003) & postfeminism theory based on Gamble (2006), the diction theory based on Abrams (1999) & Keraf (2010), and the theory of message by Edi Subroto (2011). The result of this research shows that post-feminism of Beyonce?s and Lemonade?s album by Beyonce Knowless such as; women are confident with their differences; women needed a men; women respected a men; women have to be independent; women should to achieve their career without ignoring their necessarries to get married and having a family; women should to be feminine; women do not place themselves as a victim or someone who hurted, and women should to be strong. Whereas the messages of Beyonce?s and Lemonade?s album By Beyonce Knowless are motivation for woman to get married, to be confident, to be success, to be wise in facing a problem and motivation for woman to be strong.}
