DENGAN LARI JARAK PENDEK 100 METER DALAM OLAHRAGA ATLETIK PADA CLUB 212 BANGKIT CISAAT KABUPATEN SUKABUMI TAHUN 2018/2019}, year={2019}, url={https://eprints.ummi.ac.id/986/}, abstract={This study aims to determine the relationship between speed (speed) and the strength of VO2 Max. in Club 212 Bangkit Cisaat athletes in Sukabumi Regency due to the importance, speed and strength of VO2 Max. in a short distance 100 meters running.This study uses quantitative methods with test and measurement techniques. The research sample was Club 212 Bangkit Cisaat athletes in Sukabumi Regency, totaling 15 people, with total sampling technique. The instruments used in this study include: (1). Speed test (2). the power of VO2 Max. (3). 100-meter run test. Data analysis techniques using quantitative techniques with multiple correlation statistical analysis that is looking for the magnitude of the relationship and contribution of two independent variables (X) or more simultaneously (together) with the bound variable (Y), using the multiple correlation formula, test the significance with Fcount. The results showed that (1). There is a significant relationship between speed (X1) and the strength of VO2 Max. (X2) to a short distance of 100 meters (Y). Based on the results of calculations using multiple correlation techniques obtained the results of Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely Fcount (8.14)> Ftable (3.11) with a significant level of 0.05, H1 is rejected, meaning there is a relationship between speed (speed) and strength of Max2 against 100 meter short races in athletic sports at club 212 rise cisaat in sukabumi district in 2018. Based on the results of the correlation of X1, X2 to Y obtained Fcount is greater than Ftable, which is Fcount (8.14)> Ftable (3.11) with a significance level of 0.05. By obtaining the results of the calculation of RX1X2Y of 0.76 with the category classified as medium. And simultaneous construction R2 x 100% = 0.762 x 100% = 57% and the remaining 43%. This means that the mastery of the relationship between the speed and strength of VO2 Max. contributes to running a short distance of 100 meters in athletic sports by 57% and the remaining 43% by other variables.} }
