This research aims to: 1) to find out what campus teaching programs 2 are in strengthening reading culture at SDN 2 Karangpatihan, 2) to find out how the implementation of campus teaching 2 programs in strengthening reading culture at SDN 2 Karangpatihan, Pulung, Ponorogo. Methods This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach at SDN 2 Karangpatihan, Pulung, Ponorogo. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation carried out at SDN 2 Karangpatihan. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the campus program teaches two in reading culture activities carried out with intensive guidance to students every day in the morning before class learning activities begin. 2) the implementation of the program is carried out with several approaches including: a) Conducting initial observations at school, this activity is carried out by observing students who cannot read at each level. b) Grouping students whose reading level is still low according to their respective classes, this grouping is done by recording the names of students who are entitled to participate in the program in each class based on the results of observations. c) Providing intensive guidance, this guidance is carried out every day in the morning before class starts. From the results of the case study research, it shows that the campus teaching program 2 in strengthening reading culture has been carried out well and in accordance with the desired expectations. Thus it can be concluded that intensive guidance activities have a good impact, this can be seen from the learning outcomes of students who have increased in reading skills.
