The results of the cross-section effect validity test (t) showed that the variables of the labor force and provincial minimum wage had a positive effect on the unemployment rate, while the variables of economic growth, inflation rate, and human development index had a negative effect on the unemployment rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia during the period 2015-2020. 1.
