		abstract={Marriage readiness is a person's perceived ability with the aim of being able to carry out the roles that exist in a marriage. Someone who has a mature readiness to marry physically and psychologically will find it easier to navigate the household ark so that the risk of divorce can be minimized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Korean drama The World of the Married on the readiness to marry in Korean drama lovers in early adulthood. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of the Korean drama The World of the Married on readiness for marriage in female students of the PPTQ of the Great Mosque of Surakarta. The subjects in this study were 30 active female students of Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz wa Ta'limil Qur'an at the Great Mosque of Surakarta with age criteria 19-25 years. This type of research is an experimental quantitative research using a pretest-posttest control group design. The test results from the Independent Sample T-Test, there is a t-value of 0.847 with a 2-tailed probability (p) of 0.404>0.05, which means that there is no effect of the impression given on the readiness to marry female students, with a comparison of the average score experimental group and control group of 3.80>1.73. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test calculation obtained, the decision was rejected that was no effect of the Korean drama The World of the Married on the marriage raediness in female students of the PPTQ of the Great Mosque of Surakarta.}
