This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Investment, Development Expenditure, Total Unemployment, Labor Wages, Inflation on income inequality in Eastern Indonesia in 2014-2018. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression analysis (pooled data). The results of the research show that the variables of Investment and Development Expenditure have no effect on income inequality, while the Number of Open Unemployment, Labor Wages, and Inflation have an effect on income inequality. Inequality in the distribution of income in Eastern Indonesia needs to be followed up with policy-making by the government, both in the form of economic and non-economic policies, so that they do not only pursue high economic growth but also need to pay attention to the level of community welfare.} }
