		abstract={Health and safety is a system that aims to prevent the possibility of accidents caused by work activities and also to prevent the emergence of diseases caused by work relationships in the work environment of employees. Occupational health and safety is the protection of employees from injuries caused by work-related accidents. This study aims to identify the risk of work accidents and analyze the hazards that can cause accidents to workers so that the industry knows. To minimize the incidence of accidents, there are several things that need to be done both from the company and from the employees themselves. One of the efforts made is by identification and analysis using the HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) method. This research was conducted at Bu Ngadinem's factory located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. With 4 workers with a production capacity of 105 kilograms per day. At Bu Ngadinem's factory, there is a lack of complete APD and the level of knowledge about the importance of work safety.}
