		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and company size on financial performance of banking companies. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of annual reports of banking companies. The technique used in sampling in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of banking companies, while company size has a significant negative effect on the financial performance of banking companies.}
