		abstract={In the teachings of Islam, buying and selling must be in accordance with Islamic law, both in terms of sharia and its pillars. Buying and selling that does not fulfilled the conditions and the pillars of buying and selling will have an invalid effect on the buying and selling process that is being carried out. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while the purpose of conducting this research is to analyze the dropship system in online buying and selling (Shopee market place) regarding its compliance with Islamic law. With the development of today's technology, buying and selling does not have to be done face to face, but the buying and selling process can be done quickly and easily online. Here the author explains how this dropship system works and can be an opportunity for people who want to do online business without being bound by space and time and even capital. The results showed that the online buying and selling system with the dropship system has similarities with the salam contract scheme and the wakalah contract. The dropship system is a form of muamalah that is allowed provided with notes that a dropshipper takes a margin/profit appropriately.
