		abstract={Exclusive breastfeeding has been proven to play an important role as the main source of nutrition and protect infants from various diseases. The exclusive breastfeeding coverage rate in the working area of the Selogiri Health Center has decreased in the last 3 years and has not yet reached the target. The number of productive women and working women in Selogiri District is quite high. To analyze the relationship between knowledge of lactation management and the availability of lactation room facilities with the success of exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers in the working area of the Selogiri Health Center . Quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach . The population in this study were all working mothers with babies aged 7-24 months in the working area of the Selogiri Health Center totaling 135. A sample of 122 mothers was obtained using a total sampling technique . The research instrument used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical analysis in this study used the Chi-square test. There is a relationship between knowledge of lactation management and the success of exclusive breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). And there is a relationship between the availability of lactation room facilities with the success of exclusive breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.003 (<0.05). Working mothers can be successful in providing exclusive breastfeeding supported by knowledge of lactation management and the availability of lactation room facilities where mothers work. It is hoped that the company will support and provide adequate lactation room facilities in order to achieve the success of exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers.}
