These research was a quantitative research using purposive sampling technique in determining the sample, and obtained 58 companies from 104 companies. The type of data used secondary data sourced from ICMD (Indonesia Capital Market Directory) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption testing includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. In addition, there was a hypothesis test using t-test, f-test at a significant level of 0.05 and the determinant coefficient (R^2). The results of this study indicated that partially free float has no impact on the stock liquidity. Meanwhile, seen simultaneously free float, company size, and stock prices have an impact on the stock liquidity. These research used a control variable firm size and stock price has an impact on the stock liquidity. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.138, meaning that 13.8% of the stock liquidity variable can be explained by the free float variable, company size, and stock price. The remaining 86.2% explained by factors outside this research model.} }
