The Ministry of Health's efforts to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19 in Islamic boarding schools are carried out with a program to improve the quality of environmental health in Islamic boarding schools by providing infrastructure to improve clean and healthy living behavior during the pandemic. Even so, there were still female students who did not implement 3M during COVID-19 at the Darul Hijroh Islamic Boarding School Sukoharjo. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) during COVID-19 among female students of Darul Hijroh Sukoharjo Islamic boarding school. This research is an observational quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 185 people. The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique for as many as 139 samples. The research instrument used was a questionnaire form. Data analysis used the Binary Logistic Regression test with Enter method. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between aspects of knowledge on CHLB during COVID-19 (CI 95%=3.187-30.279); OR=9,824 and there is a significant relationship between aspects of attitude towards CHLB during COVID-19 (CI 95%=6.473-59.817); OR=19,678. Cooperation between Darul Hijroh Islamic boarding school and local health workers is needed to plan health promotion programs to increase knowledge and attitudes related to Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) during COVID-19. Islamic boarding schools are expected to form a special team to plan PHBS education programs and oversee the implementation of CHLB during COVID-19 in Islamic boarding schools so that they can increase the knowledge and attitudes of students regarding CHLB during COVID-19.} }
