		abstract={The phenomenon of early marriage can never be separated from the community even though the government has made reductions and renewals of applicable laws and low legal awareness in the community, especially at the age limit in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. due to pregnancy out of wedlock, economic factors, dropping out of school, not continuing school and other contributing factors. In addition to these factors, there are also factors that cause the Office of Religious Affairs to pay less attention to prospective married couples under the age of 19 so as not to apply for a marriage dispensation in the Religious Courts. Because many Religious Affairs Offices have ordered the parents of the prospective husband and wife to submit a marriage application to the Religious Courts office, the impact is that people are more daring to apply for a marriage dispensation to the Religious Courts office.}
