This news is an "Unknown page" posted on Facebook page. The data are collected by using documentation. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data were analyzed using the theory of expressive speech type proposed by Ronan (2015) and the theory of expressive speech function proposed by Searle and Venderveken (1985). The expressive utterances found in the comment are 49 utterances. The researcher found 8 types of expressive utterance. There are 14 data of agreement, 23 of disagreement, 5 data of non-directional exclamation, 1 data of volition, 1 data of sorrow, 1 data of apologize, 1 data of thanking expression, 3 data of greeting expression.. The most dominant is disagreement expression because many of netizen are disagree about Biden?s victory, so they express their disagreement expression on their comments. The researcher also found 11 function of expressive utterances. There are 4 data to congratulate, 5 data to protest, 5 data to compliment, 10 data to complain, 2 data to apologize, 1 data to thanking, 4 data to praise, 7 data to boast, 3 data to welcome, 6 data to deplore, 2 data to greet. The most dominant is to complain because many of netizens are like to complain of Biden?s victory.} }
