		abstract={This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Literacy on MSME Performance with Financial Inclusion as Mediation (Study on MSMEs in Boyolali City). The population and sample of this study were MSMEs in this study as many as 148 respondents. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. Financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Financial inclusion is able to mediate the positive influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs.}
