The sample for this study included up to 200 individual employees of the Surakarta Residency. Data from this study is based on primary data sources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using a Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tool. The results of this study showed that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive and meaningful effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive and meaningful effect on employee performance mediated through job satisfaction.
