		abstract={This study aims to analyze the Influence of Opportunities for Growth, Profitability, and Size of the Company on Company Value (Study of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the Period 2013-2016). Research samples totaled 61 for manufacturing companies during the
2013-2016 period. The sampling technique was carried out porposively sampling.
The variable growt oppurtunity is proxied by Asset, Profitability is proxied by ROE, company size is proxied by SIZE. While the dependent variable Company Value is proxied by Tobinq. This analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that Growt Opputtunity and firm size have no significant effect on the value of the company,
for profitability has an influence on the value of the company.}
