		abstract={The purpose of this study is to determine empirically the influence of
capital structure, profitability, and firm size on the value of companies in real
estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The
population in this study were all real estate and property companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2016. The sampling technique
used was purposive sampling. The sample used is 35 real estate and property
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of this
study indicate the capital structure has a significant influence on the value of the
company. Profitability has a significant influence on company value. The size of
the company does not have a significant influence on the value of the company.
The implications of this study prove that empirically the capital structure,
profitability has a partial effect on the value of the company while the size of the
company does not have a partial effect on the value of the company.}
