		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, dividend policy,
debt policy, liquidity, and investment decisions of firm value. The population of
this research is all banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2016. The method of collecting samples using purposive
sampling technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 36 companies. In
this study data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of the t test show that debt policy, liquidity, and
investment decisions influence of firm value. Whereas managerial ownership and
dividend policy does not affect of firm value.}
