Subscapularis muscle belongs to the rotator cuff muscle group that functions as a shoulder’s movement inflammation of the subscapularis muscle due to shoulder injury or immobilization such as tears in the muscle-tendon. Objective: To find the implementation of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and Tape to decrease pain and increase the range of motion of the shoulder joint in the case of Frozen Shoulder et causa Subscapularis Tendinitis Unilateral at Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Gunung Kidul. Results : After treatment for 3 times the results of pain assessment in painful silence T0: 0,9, became T3: 0,3, tenderness T0: 2,5, became T3: 1, motion pain T0: 8,2, became T3: 5.2, increasing the range of motion in active movement S: T0: 30-0-110, becomes T3: 45-0-125, F: T0: 110-0-45, becomes T3: 125-0-45, R (F = 0): T0: 45-0-60, becomes T3: 70-0-60, increasing the range of motion in passive movement S: T0: 35-0-115, becomes T3: 45-0-140, F : T0: 115-0-45, becomes T3: 125-0-45, R (F = 0): T0: 45-0-60, becomes T3: 70-0-60. Conclusion: Giving Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Tape in the case of Frozen Shoulder et causa Subscapular tendinitis can decrease pain and increase the range of motion (ROM) in the region of the patient's left shoulder.} }
